In 2018, MV Sorcha Áine was purchased from Holland, and had previously been used for recreational fishing. After being transported back to Belmullet and given lots of TLC, North Atlantic Charters was found. Established in 2021.

As a family-run enterprise, North Atlantic Charters has a broad knowledge of the Wild Atlantic Way, the North Atlantic and the West Coast. Having originally lived on Inishkea islands, before moving to the mainland - the family had fished in the North Atlantic to provide for the family.

Our fishing history allows us to offer anglers an understanding of the different species the oceans can offer.
